ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

NCCF operates a decentralized structure with state chapters reporting to the national headquarters. The Operational focus of the organization encompasses a range of service designed to foster economic empowerment and sustainable development

Agricultural Development and Empowerment: Provision of cooperative training, awareness programs, and empowerment initiatives to encourage the active participation of Nigerian citizens in agricultural ventures, thereby making a significant contribution to national food security.

Youth Skill Acquisition Initiative: Training of young Nigerian creatives in various vocational and entrepreneurial skills supplemented by the provision of necessary tools, equipment, and support required for both self-employment and the expansion of small-scale enterprises.

Support for Unemployment Professionals: Empowerment of unemployed graduates and skilled artisans through targeted trainings, business development strategies, and the provision of relevant equipment which serves to foster self-reliance and contribute to reduction in the national unemployment rate.

Cooperative Society Registration & Coordination: Facilitate registration and coordination of cooperative societies across all regions to contribute to internally generated revenue (IGR) for state governments.

Exploration of Viable Business Ventures Beyond Agriculture: Explore other mediums and business ventures in order fields of endeavour, to help create multiple sources of revenue and empowerment.

Soft Loans and Grants: NCCF is set up as a reliable platform that offers soft loans and grants that are readily assessible to small and medium enterprises to scale their businesses and overall productivity.

Empowerment with Tricycle: NCCF is collaborating with Hebei Zhenghuang Tyre Co., Ltd. Dashanzhou Village Industrial Park, Fengjiazhai Town, Guangzang County, Xingtai, China, to provide tricycles to businesses in Nigeria. And also looks to partner with other willing and capable outfits to offer empowerment to the citizenry in any form.
